Langtang valley Trekking

Langtang Valley:- trekking through the less visited unspoiled region, beautiful Tamang settlements, smiling people, amazing Mountains, yak pastures, pilgrimage attraction & habitat of Red Panda. Nearest recognized trekking regions from Kathmandu.

Langtang trekking lies north of Kathmandu bordering to Tibetan desert terrain in the central Nepal. This is one of the major trekking regions after Everest and Annapurna. Langtang is a narrow valley stretching east to west, surrounded by amazing snow caped peaks and spectacular alpine scenery. Langtang valley trekking is a relatively low altitude trekking and offers superb Mountain View, some of the ancient monasteries, colorful flora n fauna, effervescent Buddhist culture-tradition, and eye catching caravan of Yaks and sheep. The Langtang valley is with in the Langtang National parks, where nature and natural habitat has well preserved since long time. Every trekker above the age of 10 years has to pay Rs. 1000.00 or ($ 15) for entrance. Approximately 7-8 hours of drive takes you either Dhunche or Sybru Besi, which is idol place to start the journey to the pristine land.

Langtang Lirung (7246m), Naya Kangri (5847m), Gang Chhenpo (6388m) and Dorje Lakpa (6966m) are major mountains of the region and waiting to welcome you on its lap.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel, O/N Hotel

Day 02: Leisure in Kathmandu, preparation day for trekking, O/N Hotel

Day 03: Drive to Sybru Bensi (1462m) by bus, O/N Lodge

Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel (2500m), O/N Lodge

Day 05: Trek to Langtang Village (3307m), O/N Lodge

Day 06: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3798m), O/N Lodge

Day 07: Excursion day around Kyanjin Gompa, O/N Lodge

Day 08: Trek back to Lama Hotel, O/N Lodge

Day 09: Trek back to Sybru Bensi/ Dhunche, O/N Lodge

Day 10: Drive back to Kathmandu by bus, O/N Hotel

Sightseeing around Kathmandu, farewell dinner in the evening, O/N Hotel

Day 12: Transfer to airport for final departure or join our next program
